Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is an American businessman, television personality, author, politician, and nominee of the Republican Party for President of the United States in the 2016 election. He is chairman of The Trump Organization, which is the principal holding company for his real estate ventures and other business interests.
1- 9/11 PROFITEERING
Trump took advantage of a government program intended to provide money for small businesses to rebuild following the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The billionaire Donald Trump received $125,000 for his property at 40 WALL STREET as federal guidelines did not specify what is defined as a small business.
However, following 9/11, Trump said none of his properties were directly damaged by the attack on the world trade center. In a statement to TIME magazine, Trump claimed that the money was "probably a reimbursement", as he allowed people to use the building while they rebuilt businesses.
2- WEST COAST WALL
During a republican debate, Trump discussed his plans to build a $13 billion dollar wall along the US border, cutting off Mexico. Prior to this, he stated that Mexico is 'Bringing drugs, crime and rapists' to the US. 11 million immigrants live illegally in the US; 6.2 million of these are Mexican. Trump declared he would simply deport all of them within a few years. However, a research group, the American Action Forum, calculated that it would take up to 20 years to deport the undocumented immigrants and cost the Federal Government $400 billion

During a republican debate in New Hampshire, Donal Trump called for the banned torture method, waterboarding, to be reinstated as an interrogation technique. Even though a recent report from the CIA's detention and interrogation program concluded that the technique was ineffective for "Acquiring intelligence or gaining cooperation from detainees". Trump claimed he would bring it back "IN A HEARTBEAT" because he believes it works, and if it doesn't, he said the detainees "deserves it anyway".

Despite being worth and estimated $4.5 billion dollars, Trump has files for bankruptcy four times.
In 1991 Trump couldn't keep up with the interest payments for his Atlantic City Casino 'Trump TAJ MAHAL', so he declared himself bankrupt. A year later, another of his casinos, the 'Trump plaza', lost more than $550 million. But he miraculously remained the Hotels CEO. In 2004, Trump's hotels and casinos collectively backed up $1.8 billion in debt.
5- The central park five: In 1989 Donal Trump paid $85,000 for adverts calling for death penalty for 5 teenage boys, who were later proved innocent. The advert was motivated by a crime, wish saw 5 black and hispanic teenagers as young as 14 wrongly imprisoned for the rape of a New York woman. In 2014, after spending a combined 40 years behind bars, the city of New York, released the five men and financially compensated the $41million. However, Trump refused to apologize for having demanded their execution, commenting that the settlement was a disgrace and that the men "should be very thankful I wasn't mayor, because they wouldn't have gotten a dime".

In 1973 the justice department sued the Trump Management Corporation for alleged racial discrimination.
The lawsuit alleged that Trump refused to rent or negotiate rentals with potential black tenants. Trump called the accusations "absolutely ridiculous" and sued the justice department for $100 million in damages for defamation. However, two years later Trump settled with the government, promising not to discriminate against black people, Puerto Ricans, or other minorities.
Three years after that, the justice department once again sued the Trump Management Corporation for allegedly discriminating against black applicants by telling them apartments weren't available.
